Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking for a hard-working and motivated Store Manager in Saudi Arabia. As a Store Manager it is your responsibility to embrace the company’s culture and to lead, inspire and motivate your shop team to act as guardians of the brand.

- Create a fun work environment by keeping the shop beautiful, the sales high, your team inspired, and your customers satisfied
- Be an active and inspirational leader on the shop floor who finds pleasure in giving excellent customer service
- Be proactive in generating sales and profitability
- Recruit, hire and develop a strong team who are challenged and driven to progress throughout the business.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand
- Coach team members on the ethics and best practices of the company

Requirements

- 2-3 years’ Saudi Arabia retail experience as a Store Manager for a luxury brand
- Must be a Saudi National
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- People management experience
- Ability to be a leader, showing great awareness and direction for the team
- Motivation and ambition, dedication and drive, positivity and passion
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Being proactive and a self-starter
- Open mind and can-do attitude that reflects that no challenge is too big to be solved and overcome
