Job description
Lead and develop the sales organization responsible for business development with developers, brokers, and enterprise clients. Oversee the partnerships function to identify and manage strategic alliances and distribution partners. Define revenue goals and KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement through proactive pipeline management and performance optimization. Collaborate closely with executive leadership (Finance, Technology, and Product heads) to align revenue strategies with company objectives. Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital services and products. Negotiate key contracts, pricing structures, and revenue-sharing agreements. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to identify new growth opportunities.
