Risk Director

The Risk Director is a pivotal role in the Technology sector, tasked with the responsibility of overseeing all risk and compliance-related operations across the business. The position requires extensive tech/digital/AI industry knowledge, strategic thinking and experience in overseeing operational risk, technology risk and business continuity.

Description

* Lead the risk and business continuity department, setting strategic objectives and ensuring their achievement
* Identify and analyze potential risks, providing expert guidance on preventive measures
* Identify and implement the risk framework
* Monitor compliance with regulations and internal policies
* Report regularly to senior management on risk and compliance issues
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment in risk management activities
* Develop and implement risk management and compliance training programs
* Facilitate internal audits and ensure follow-up on identified areas for improvement
