Risk Manager - Contractor

Job description / Role

Required to join an international contractor working on a large scale building project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the Risk Management Plan. Responsibilities include:

• Preparation and implementation of a risk management plan and risk management standards, policies and procedures
• Identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting risks within the project
• Conducting Risk Workshops
• Risk Assessments on projects during the construction
• Creating Risk reports for Project Director

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• A degree in Engineering, Risk Management or similar
• Risk Management certifications such as PMI-RMP
• A minimum 10 years experience in Risk Management on large scale construction projects
• Experience in the Gulf region desirable
• Able to start within 1 month
