Risk Officer - Saudi National

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Risk Officer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the paper manufacturing and recycling industry, focusing on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks related to our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as a commitment to enhancing our organizational resilience. As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our assets and ensuring the sustainability of our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework tailored to the paper manufacturing and recycling sector.
- Identify potential risks across various operational areas, including financial, operational, compliance, and environmental risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and analyses to evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key risk indicators and trends.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to risk management.
- Facilitate risk awareness training sessions for employees to promote a culture of risk management throughout the organization.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging risks, adapting risk management strategies accordingly.
- Assist in the development of business continuity and crisis management plans.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., FRM, CRM) is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in risk management or related roles, preferably within the manufacturing or recycling industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with risk management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Salary:
SAR 18000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
