Roll Out Supervisor

Job description / Role

- Supervisor’s role is to manage, control and supervision of OSP/ISP works on the field about streets and buildings. The Supervisor is in charge of the completion of the field control activities and is reliable for quality of the field roll out time schedules, for completion and hand over of the field reports to his Zone Manager.

Field OSP/ISP activities
- Reliable for the efficiency of roll out teams controls
- Reliable for the quality of the field data ( accuracy, completion, photos, maps, comments)
- Reliable for the on time delivery of the field data (delivery in due time according to Sofrecom schedule)
- Reliable for on time reporting of field activities to his zone manager
- Reliable for risk assessment and reporting to his Zone Manager
- Reliable for an efficient first level of management

Reporting
- Collecting all the necessary requirements for parcels and buildings
- Report all collected information on maps, drawings, sample sheets, etc
- Hard copy of maps with (red pen) pointing out all the buildings, plots, users
- Taking all the necessary pictures to avoid getting back on site
- To be able to respond any design team question
- To be able to respond any design team question

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience
- 5 years of experience in ISP/OSP survey
- 2 years experience in FTTx networks
- Familiar with PC, Autocad and word / Excel software
- Ability to analyse, to synthesize and to write reports
- Open-minded approach and rigorous
