Employment: Full Time

Purpose of the Job:
As part of the Maintenance team, the RST Leader will be in charge supervising their team, organize and manage the daily, routine Task and also plan the future maintenance. Follow up the stock of spares, and agree with the Feet planner to manage all tasks to ensure maintenance targets and contractual obligations are achieved and exceeded for the Transit system composed of 50 driver less Smart Metro running over one line and one depot.

Reporting directly to the Rolling stock & Depot Equipment Line Manager. Support the preparation and execution of internally produced document, procedure, services/ parts and in accordance with customer expectations whilst adhering to the requirements of HSE & AZDP policies.

Accountability:
- Delivery of the daily Fleet requirements.
- Delivery and application of All Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
- Optimization of Maintenance efficiencies.
- Applying and Maintaining of 5S within the Maintenance Facility.
- Organize the Working hours according to the need of operation.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:
- Engineering degree in Electrical/ Electronic with minimum 5 years of proved track record of maintenance in the specialty, working at supervising maintenance team.

Desired Knowledge / Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Rolling Stock Maintenance and Mechanical knowledge.
- Previous supervision and team leading experience in a Multicultural team.
- Very good knowledge of railway products and systems.
- Conflict management and interpersonal skills.
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills.
- Anticipation and clear reporting.
