Safety and Security Director - Banking - KSA
Lead the Security & Safety for one of the largest banks in KSA with branches, ATMs etc across the Kingdom
Client Details:
Our client is a 100% owned subsidiary of one of the largest banks in KSA
Description:
As a Security & Safety Director, you will be responsible for:
* Providing expertise and extensive experience in the field of security protection and ensure maximum enforcement of the security policy and procedures across all branches, ATMs, quick pay etc
* Overall responsibility for management and application of the security budget
* Taking responsibility for the preparation of security Scopes of Service, perform evaluations and follow up with procurement processes to its conclusion and award as required
* Ensuring that the organization meets all required security and associated health and safety objectives
* Monitoring & managing security systems and equipment servicing and/or maintenance in conjunction with other appropriate departments
* Developing plans for security activities and ensure the availability of the required resources all the time
* Develop Security and Safety Strategic Planning and facilitate training to all security personnel and ensure regular monitoring of the day-to-day functions
* Preparing safety plans and controls and circulate safety awareness, manage security guards
* Gathering and analyzing statistical information to all security and safety related aspects, followed by reports, recommendations on whatever is appropriate for certain security situation
* Develop and maintain contingency plans for emergency situations to ensure that calamities can be dealt with adequately and in a timely manner.

Requirements
An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience. Candidates with prior experience in the banking industry will be preferred. Also the below mentioned is preferred:
* Ability to use computer software (MS Office, PowerPoint, email .. etc)
* Ability to communicate in English language (writing and speaking)
* Security clearance such as for Prisons/Ministry of Justice at either the Standard (enhanced) level or ideally CTC level (Counter Terrorism Clearance)
* Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
