Role overview

The Safety Culture Coordinator will lead the deployment and integration of the Safety Culture Program across all project stakeholders, including PMT, contractors, and subcontractors, on a major refining and petrochemical site.

Key responsibilities

Training & awareness
Maintain a two-week look-ahead schedule for PMT safety training.
Support delivery of safety culture training, awareness campaigns, and coaching.

Program coordination
Oversee rollout of the Safety Culture Program across all entities.
Review program elements monthly and track KPIs.
Lead weekly coordination meetings with Safety Culture Focal Points.

Safety communication
Distribute HSE memos, procedures, alerts, and lessons learned.
Prepare Safety Stand Down materials.
Maintain HSE communication boards and ensure visibility of key safety messages.

Accountabilities

Ensure successful deployment of the Safety Culture Program in line with the plan and defined milestones.

Qualifications & experience

Bacheloru2019s degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field.
Solid understanding of safety culture principles.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
