Description

Sales Administrator - IT - Riyadh

* Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, contracts, and other customer-facing documents.
* Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), including leads, opportunities, and account updates.
* Coordinate internal approvals, documentation, and follow-ups for deals in progress.
* Act as a liaison between sales and internal support functions (e.g., Legal, Finance, Customer Success) to streamline deal execution.
* Track sales team requests and maintain administrative logs (e.g., pricing exceptions, contract amendments, order forms).
* Support scheduling and coordination of customer meetings, demos, and internal sales reviews.
* Help prepare sales reports and dashboards for weekly team check-ins and management updates.
* Manage and organize sales files, templates, and documentation to ensure accessibility and consistency.

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar operational role-ideally in a tech or SaaS company.
* Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Ability to handle multiple priorities, follow through on tasks, and support a dynamic sales team with accuracy and efficiency.
* A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
