Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales & marketing manager to join our team in Ibis Alhedeya Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance our market position.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals

Lead and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve targets and KPIs

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends

Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Analyze sales and marketing data to optimize performance and ROI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience

Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities to senior management

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

5+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of achieving targets

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies

Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making

Project management experience and ability to handle multiple priorities

In-depth understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances

Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable
