Sales Assistant

Job description / Role

Responsible for assisting the HVAC Sales Engineer in all sales and coordination activities, including preparing offers, organizing documentation, and managing customer communication. The role involves supporting marketing and exhibition arrangements, and occasional travel within Saudi Arabia as required. The candidate should be capable of translating sales-related documents from Arabic to English, reviewing and understanding company profiles, and preparing professional PowerPoint presentations. Must possess good communication skills, basic market awareness, and the ability to engage effectively with clients to support the company’s sales objectives

The candidate should be a college graduate, well-presented, and able to join within two weeks of selection. Applicants must be of Arab nationality with 3–4 years of proven experience in the HVAC or related technical sales field. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams. Candidates with prior experience in sales support, document preparation, and customer handling will be given preference

Salary:
SAR 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: One month paid vacation per year, transportation by company
