Job description / Role
Coordinate the timely provision of all requirements necessary in the production and delivery of Unitary & Applied HVAC unit(s), including payment processing, to the customer(s) in line with the defined terms and conditions as specified in the Purchase Order / Quotation.
Requirements
• A Diploma in Secretarial / Office Management (preferably a degree in business course).
• Minimum 3 years related working experience.
• Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (Oracle based).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
• Service & results oriented.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to handle several projects at the same time.
• Team Player.
