Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including but not limited to, preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products or services to customers.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative support to the sales team.


- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
