Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
Attestation Services & Customer Support
• Guide clients through the document attestation process for educational, commercial, and personal certificates.
• Work with embassies, ministries, and government authorities for attestation and legalization.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for document processing.
• Track and update clients on the progress of their attestation requests.
Sales & Business Development
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed business through effective sales techniques.
• Offer customized attestation solutions to meet client needs.
• Promote premium, urgent, and express attestation services to increase revenue.
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Handle client concerns professionally and resolve any issues effectively.
Coordination with Government & Embassies
• Liaise with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassies, and legal departments to facilitate smooth attestation.
• Stay updated on changes in attestation policies and procedures.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a service-based industry.
• Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Tagalog is required.
• Work Authorization: Must have a transferable visa.
• Availability: Looking for an immediate joiner.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Salary:
SAR
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
