Sales Data Operation

Job description / Role

• Data Construction: Develop and maintain data structures that empower the frontline sales team by solving their data-related problems.
• Tool Building: Create and enhance data tools that assist the sales team in monitoring and utilizing data effectively.
• Data Support: Provide comprehensive data support for the sales team, including building data templates, extraction, and monitoring.
• Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor frontline sales data, analyze the performance, and ensure that data insights are actionable and beneficial for the team.

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and business analysis.
• Good logical thinking and structured thinking.
• Can systematically think about problems and solve problems.
• Good communication and expression skills, willing to collaborate.
• Proficient in using SQL & power bi or other data analysis tools. Python is a plus.
