Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager

Purpose of the job: Boost and enhance sales of Legrand’s products and increase market share in order to achieve the set business objectives.

Main Duties & Responsibilities (Major Tasks)
• Lead and drive day-to-day business activities within their sector.
• Implement the commercial action plan defined by the management.
• Promote the image of both the company and its products to the network.
• Build business relations with contractors, panel builders, installers and systems integrators (depending on focus).
• Follow up on projects’ offers, orders, and deliveries.
• Schedule sales plans for various sectors (sector review, objectives, and means, sector action plans) in order to plan ahead and be sure of meeting customer needs.
• Steer sales (prepare statistics on sales performance and prepare a review of their activity)
• Make product offers to specialist contacts and generate sales with customers.
• Seek out, new customers.
• Supply customers with products’ information and specifications to increase awareness of the quality of Legrand’s products in the marketplace.
• Update line management with the progress of sales activities within their territory reporting any opportunities or challenges in addition to the needed action plans to achieve the set sales target.
• Update customers’ database in “Sales Force” software.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other members of the sales team to share information on the on-going projects and do the follow-up in order to achieve the set business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and track market development within their sector in order to adapt and set necessary action plans to achieve the target.
• Provide monthly report to the management on potential orders and the stock situation with key distributors.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in similar role.

Skills:
• Excellent English communication skills and
• MS Office skills (mainly Excel and PowerPoint),
• Interpersonal skills, analytical skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills.
