Employment: Full Time

Occupation Summary

The Sales Engineer will play a critical role in identifying, managing, and pursuing sales opportunities, including managing the governmental procurement platform (Etimad). This position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, preparing proposals, and ensuring projects are executed successfully from capture to completion.

Key Duties and Tasks:

  • Oversee the collection and secure handling of documentation, ensuring timely submission of required documents for project initiation.
  • Arrange to collect original letters from client headquarters and upload copies to the designated platform.
  • Coordinate with clients to secure access to assets or information critical to bid submissions and project execution.
  • Conduct and participate in weekly meetings to provide status updates involving service deliverables and ensure all project milestones are on track.
  • Oversee the delivery of procured items to clients, ensuring compliance with bid requirements.
  • Obtain and upload signed delivery notes upon completion of deliverables, maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Submit invoices along with all required documentation, including awarding letters and financial claims, to clients promptly after upload notifications.
  • Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure continuous processing.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in using platforms such as Etimad, SharePoint, Microsoft List, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate cost and delivery estimations.
  • Familiarity with bid preparation and procurement processes.

Required Experience:

  • 4 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with governmental procurement platforms is highly desirable.
