Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other consultants in the construction industry.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our special building materials.
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and quotes to clients, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide technical support to customers and assist in problem resolution related to products and applications.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance product visibility and expand network.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the special building materials industry with minimum of three years.
- Experience in construction and Precast Industries.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and building regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and consultants.
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and specifications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have Transferable Iqama with Driving License.
