Job description / Role
• Make, maintain and exceed both short term, intermediate and long term sales plans in line with the phased, quarterly sales and service budgets, and remain within committed expense plan.
• Ensure all sales functions are planned and executed as per approved budgets, timely reports are sent to customers, stakeholders, management, suppliers, service providers on key aspects of business
• Ensure all sales and services terms and conditions are vetted and understood, documented and followed up across all aspects from enquiry to payment collection.
• Plan and manage customer visits and meetings, are appropriately documented, stored and distributed to various stakeholders.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, ISO process, Ethical code of conduct and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
• Build, Maintain and improve relationship with the customers in order to capitalize on replicating sales and services delivered, and thereby winning more projects based on past deliveries, and increasing repeat business with the customer
• Determine job/service schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of service technicians/ personnel
• Requisition/ arrange for materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts as per the sales forecast, services pipeline, to ensure adequate material are available to service the customer.
• Business interests. Interpret specifications, blueprints, or job orders to construct templates and lay out reference points for workers.
• Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
• Servicing Navigational Equipment/ Radar Marine Communication
Requirements
• Candidates with a transferable Iqama
• 4-5 years’ experience
• Bachelor\'s Degree
• Experience in selling marine products
