Alfanar electric is the industrial arm of alfanar, manufacturing a variety of low, medium, and high voltage electrical construction products.

Alfanar has a development and engineering center in Chennai, India.

Industrial complex, Riyadh

The center of alfanar's industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.

Spread across 700,000 square meters, the complex houses alfanar's facilities.

The complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.

Job purpose

To support sales efforts by preparing proposals, engaging with customers, coordinating with internal teams, and leveraging insights to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Key accountability areas

Sales operations
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals, tenders, and quotations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational standards.
  • Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Contribute to the implementation of sales strategies to achieve team targets.
  • Engage with potential leads to expand the customer base and contribute to the sales pipeline.
Customer engagement
  • Address customer inquiries by providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
Coordination and collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including technical, operations, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
  • Work closely with senior team members to enhance customer satisfaction and project delivery.
Specialist support
  • Collaborate with specialists to understand product features, technical solutions, and industry trends.
  • Use insights from specialists to assist in creating tailored solutions for customer requirements.
Market insights and reporting
  • Monitor basic market trends and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior team members on sales activities and customer feedback.

  • Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.

  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.

  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.

  • Solve any related problems that arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business process improvements:
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
  • Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, safety and environment:
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products and services.

Academic qualification

Bachelor degree in electrical engineering.

Work experience

2 to 4 years.
