Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are working with an International Logistics Organization specialized in Freight Forwarding, 4PL and Shipping who is looking to expand their Commercial team.

Your role will be focused on the following tasks.
- Responsible for selling logistics solutions (Freight and Shipping) to clients and prospecting for new business.
- Responsible for designing strategies to sell the services of the company.
- The strategies may include cold-calling and prospecting daily, lead generation through relationship selling processes, and face-to-face client visits.
- Responsible for communicating with customers and carrier contacts.
- Must establish and maintain customer relationship, assess client specific needs, and promote the services of the organization to achieve the sales goals.
- Will evaluate and anticipate clients’ needs, with the goal of creating a book of business around their interests and creatively selling the services of the organization to clients and prospects.
- Uphold rapport with clients and prospects
- Nurture new sales leads to secure business

SAR 8,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


- Education: Bachelor’s degree to work in a logistics sales position.
- Knowledge: Logistics (Freight Forwarding and Shipping) sales experience, marketing multipart logistical solutions to a wide range of clients
- Possess a strong track record for delivering successful sales experience in personal selling, telephone sales, and customer service
- Must be analytical and a problem solver with adequate skillset to handle stressful situations while putting the needs of the customer first
- Interpersonal skills: Sociable personality with knowhow at developing relationships
