Job description / Role
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of their customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing, and executing new strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the HORECA sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Needs Assessment and Solution Selling:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to understand their specific requirements.
- Propose and present tailored solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of HORECA equipment and industry trends.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Manage and renew contracts, addressing any modifications or amendments as necessary.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
Customer Advocacy:
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring that client needs and expectations are understood and met.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address client-specific requirements and challenges.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Proven track record (2 – 3 years minimum) of success in B2B sales, particularly in the HORECA industry (OS&E preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Industry Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of HORECA equipment, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with the specific needs and challenges of clients in the HORECA sector.
Sales and Negotiation Skills:
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex agreements.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in coordination with sales support, product development, and customer service teams.
Salary:
SAR
10,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
