Job description / Role
Quest Search and Selection is working with one of the world’s leading luxury retail group seeking for a brilliant Sales Executive to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are ideally looking for someone who has a background in luxury retail operations and has strong customer management skills.
As a Sales Executive, you will:
- Deliver unparalleled customer service and experience
- Handle client- related issues in a timely manner
- Participate in boutique-related events and promotional activities
- Drive sales by fostering relationships with existing clients and recruiting new ones
- Be the company’s brand ambassador
- Participate in regular training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Work experience on similar role in the Luxury sector, preferably handling Jewellery / Watches
- A customer service champion, with outstanding communication, presentation skills
- A team player and results-driven
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
- Saudi national
