Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the largest distributors of building materials in Saudi Arabia representing leading local as well as foreign brands.

Responsible for planning, directing and executing the cement sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives. Has to have good experience in cement trading.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Head a team of Sales Executives and will be responsible for managing & directing all sales & marketing activities.
- Prepare business plan & action plan to achieve Sales Targets.
- Highlight new areas of business development & expansion.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue

Requirements

- Business degree or related professional qualification
- Technical and new customer acquisition sales skills
- Proven experience in customer and supplier relationship management
- Experience in managing and directing a sales team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organization and planning
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Information management
- Team-leadership
