Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Sales Manager focusing on the Power Generation & Water Greenfield Business.

- Tracking opportunities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing market information.
- Gather, structure and monitor customer profile, customize ranking, market demand, business potential through continuous customer visits and guarantee a leading and building long term relationships with key customers at all levels.
- Collecting inquiries/quotations from clients/sub-contractors to study/evaluate them.
- Analyzing customer specifications and coordinating with design and proposals teams to deliver suitable offers.
- Assisting in the preparation and optimization of the technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare, analyze and ensure the overall sales budget and market share.
- Develop, implement and monitor sales strategies in order to meet sales objectives.
- Discussions/Negotiations with the clients.
- Seeking out and establishing contact with previously unexplored EPCs inside/outside KSA market.
- Transferring market information to all groups within the power systems division and maintaining internal coordination with other departments.
- Reporting project statuses, market info and updating Sales databases.
- Ensure the achievement of the assigned targets.
- Organize marketing activities: Seminars, Promotions, Exhibitions, and Brochures etc…
- Prepare pre-qualifications for ABB Power Systems.
- Comply with ABB policies, guidelines & instructions.
- Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfill the job requirements.

Power Generation & Water Solutions Business Scope:
- Good understanding of Turnkey Power Generation and/or Water Solutions i.e.: Pumping Station, Desalination.
- Good understanding of electrical balance of plant and control systems.
- Process Knowledge is a plus.

Requirements

- Degree in Electrical Engineering with appropriate trainings & experience for Electrical Power Products & system tendering.
- Technically competent and have an exposure to Power & Water Business.
- Good communication, leadership, initiative and negotiation skills.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Must be precise, organized, flexible & autonomous.
- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Read, Write & Communicate).
