Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:

Responsible for electrical distribution equipment & component business sustainability and growth in eastern region of KSA

Essential Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager develops practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

- Understanding and interpreting company and business objectives and strategies. Setting action plans to achieve the same.
- Generating and growing of partners' networks within the eastern region of KSA
- Ensure achievement of the agreed target figures (sales and orders) with the allocated accounts
- Report and forecast orders and sales activities according to the relevant processes and through the given tools
- Relationship management with customers / EPCs/ consultants and end customer under adherence with compliance guidelines. Key account management of the assigned accounts
- Support Proposal process by contributing to proposal strategy as well as market intelligence, pricing and risk assessment
- Correspondence and communication with the customer to achieve a smooth coordination and match between the customer requirements and the company offering and performance
- Provisioning of market intelligence and contribution to market research projects and marketing activities.
- Collection of account receivables from the allocated accounts
- Contract negotiations in coordination with Operations, Finance and Contract Management
- Selection of the sales channels for the allocated Area
- Participation in shows and conferences in KSA

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Candidates must have at least 5-7 years' experience in Sales and Marketing and currently working on a Sales position.
- Candidate must have demonstrated success in vendor, current market relationships with consultants and EPCs.
- Candidates must have experience in Low/ Medium Voltage Switchgear Systems.
- Preferably, Candidate has experience with multinational organization.
- Candidates must have Experience handling big Projects.
- He / she must have excellent communications and presentation skills. Fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic is preferable.
- Electrical Engineering Background
- Candidates should be willing to relocate upon request
