Job description / Role
- Self-starter and organized Sales & Distribution Manager, with a sound experience in bottled water, beverages, and FMCG sales & distribution in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and GCC.
- Overall responsibility is to look after all sales and distribution activities of the water packaging section to achieve and exceed sales targets at the optimum cost of sales, marketing, and distribution.
- Develop & execute annual strategic Go-To-Market plans to drive increased sales and presence for the product lines in key foodservice segments and continuously train, coach and support the sales supervisors, distributors and key operators.
- Fluent writing, reading and oral communication is essential.
- Advance level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power point, Microsoft Management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, must be very self-motivated and comfortable dealing with significant ambiguity as we pioneer this segment in foodservice.
- 4-years degree, Sound experience in Sales foodservice – preferably in the food & beverage segment, with a minimum of 3 years’ experienced in bottled water / soft drinks manufacturing company.
- In this role, talent and efforts will be essential to the day-to-day operation and successful completion of execution, and managing the sales force.
