Job description / Role
As a Saudi Sales Manager specializing in Signage/Advertising/POS Display Products, your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while expanding the company’s market share and customer base. You will work closely with the sales team and collaborate with various internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the signage industry.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting techniques.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate signage solutions.
• Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns promptly.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to ensure their productivity and professional development.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective sales strategies.
• Work closely with the Finance & Purchase department to manage pricing, proposals, and Credit contracts.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team regarding market trends, customer preferences, and product enhancements.
SAR 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• Must have 7-10 years of sales experience in the advertising industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the signage industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
