Sales Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Sales Manager to be based in Riyadh .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Candidate must be based in KSA.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical/ Medical field. A Business School degree or MBA is advantageous.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical sector in KSA.
- Experience in managing primary/ OTC/ consumer healthcare portfolio.
- People management is a must.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market, dynamics, and trends.
- Strong leadership skills to manage employees across the kingdom.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
