Job description / Role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.
- Create sales plans and forecasts, adjusting strategies based on market conditions and performance metrics.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Set clear sales targets and performance metrics, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Oversee the entire sales process, including negotiations and contract management.
- Ensure that sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and refine sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and sales performance.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the market dynamics and sales processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic thinking.
