The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue, increase brand awareness, and maintain a competitive edge in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy:

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and build relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
- Manage group bookings and negotiate contracts.

Marketing Strategy:

- Create marketing campaigns to promote hotel services, events, and packages.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, and paid ads.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.

Team Management:

- Lead and train sales and marketing teams.
- Set performance goals and monitor achievements.

Collaboration:

- Work with F&B, events, and front-office teams to align promotional efforts.
- Coordinate with external vendors for branding and advertising needs.

Reporting:

- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
