We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the FMCG, B2B,Horeca, and Hygiene & Cleaning sectors in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing sales team to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the FMCG,B2B and Horeca industries.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and establish competitive advantages.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, forecasting, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and promote new products.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as necessary.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the FMCG or Horeca sectors, with a focus on Hygiene & Cleaning products.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate the sales team.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and develop actionable strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
