- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular training sessions for sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and utilize it to drive sales strategies.
- Proficient in sales software and CRM systems.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
