Overview

Kinetic has partnered with a leading chemical distributor company that is hiring a sales manager to be based in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the chemical industry.
• Strong network and customer base within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
• Must have a valid Saudi Arabian driver's license.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
