Overview

Kinetic is working with a leading industrial manufacturing company that is hiring a Sales Manager to be based in Riyadh or Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Salary up to SAR 20,000 per month.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Open to candidates based in, or willing to relocate to, Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Must have experience in preform machines.
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering revenue growth.
• Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
