Madar is seeking a highly capable Sales Manager to support the company's growth and strengthen its market presence.
The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and securing key accounts within the logistics technology sector.
Key responsibilities include leading initiatives to expand market share, establishing and maintaining strategic client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments to deliver business objectives. The position plays a central role in aligning sales operations with organizational goals and driving revenue performance.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in managing sales functions, achieving ambitious targets, and demonstrating strong analytical, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and engage potential clients across various industries.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with business partners.
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to successful onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in sales, preferably within software, logistics, or technology services.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capture growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus, especially with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Strategic Management.

- Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL)
- Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) Certification
