Sales Manager - Fabrication

Salary: up to SAR 15,000 based on experience

Our Client is a large diversified Group of Companies with specialization in machined components and assemblies.

Meeting the needs of high profile industrial OEM manufacturers and providing uncompromising quality in close tolerance parts, pricing and delivery.

Employing the latest proven technologies in CNC machine tools, communications, tooling and inspection equipment to improve their process and product quality.

As a result of further expansion they are looking for a Sales Manager to improve on their current business across the country and region.

As the Sales Head, you will report directly to the Management and have overall responsibility for establishing sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract new clients.

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for revenue growth.
- Lead a team dedicated to the successful sales of company products
- Creates sales strategies to focus on strengths, competitive advantage and differentiation.
- Develop long-term plans that impact the achievement of business results.
- Recognize profitability and revenue potential in business opportunities.
- Demonstrate leadership versatility.
- Responsible for the planning, direction, organization and control of sales representatives through periodical reports and meetings to accomplish specific objectives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Emphasis on Production)
- MBA certification would be an advantage
- Clear understanding of metal fabrication services and plastic injections.
- Expertise in developing disciplined and structured sales processes
- A minimum of 5-10 years experience in the GCC markets (preferably Saudi market).
- Proven sales ability and strengths in meeting diverse customer needs.
- Have passion and desire to succeed.
- Act as a business partner and present leadership qualities
- Excellent communications skills in English.
- Ability to speak Arabic or some understanding would be acceptable
