Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a leading FMCG company having presence in Saudi Arabia.
As a Sales Manager, you would be responsible for achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. You would design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. You would ensure healthy relations with existing customers and develop new potential business opportunities by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. You will support development of annual operating plans and strategic plans by analyzing sales KPI's and volume trends.
To be successful, you must have 8-10 years of experience, out of which atleast 3 years should be in a managerial position in FMCG industry. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). You must have an excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. You should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or related field.
