Sales Manager - Gym / leisure
Our client is the leading female-only chain of fitness clubs in Saudi Arabia. Founded in 2012, they are the first and only fitness concept in the Kingdom designed exclusively for women. They are unique in their approach, focusing not just on the physical aspects of fitness but also on the psychological and emotional benefits that accompany an active lifestyle. They have clubs in both Riyadh and Dammam.
We are looking to recruit 2 Sales Managers to be based in Riyadh. Each Sales Manager will handle 5-7 fitness clubs and in each club there will be 2-3 Sales Agents that will report to the Sales Manager.
The main responsibility will be in achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base. Carrying out sales training with sales agents and role playing sales techniques. Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively. Setting sales targets and activity key performance indicators.
Salary:
SAR
17,000 to 19,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Suitable candidates will be experienced in business to consumer sales management, preferably in a gym club or leisure environment. Arabic language skills would be preferred.
On offer is a competitive monthly salary of 17-19k SAR per month plus bonus.
