The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve business targets, leading a team of sales executives, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Description

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents to deliver exceptional results.
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.

* Deep understanding of the real estate market and client behavior.
* Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
