Job description / Role
- Seek and capture new client leads and opportunities to grow the business in line with the established business plan guidelines.
- Develop marketing strategies and plans for expansion of market share and revenue growth.
- Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the General Manager.
- Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately respond to in a timely manner.
- Oversee all advertising, publicity and promotion campaign.
- Interact and coordinates with line departments with regards to performance on manufacturing, transportation of goods to customers, and invoicing in order to ensure achievement of sales targets and customer orders.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys to ensure efficiency and improvement in sales and marketing operations.
- Provide recommendations to the business and other groups on local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services.
- Conduct regular market research and provide periodic reports to the management.
- Seek new opportunities in wide geographical scope including GCC & Middle East
- Any other duties assigned by the General Manager
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in both a long sales cycle and a long term relationship based business environment.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic languages.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Team oriented and a collaborative work style.
- Effective planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prepare budgets and reports.
- Very good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy (MS office)
