The Unit Head-Sales Operations is responsible for managing the after sales operations with the Brokers and Direct Clients; the incumbent will work closely with Sales, Operations, Underwriting and Customer Service.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the relationship with the Brokers and Direct Clients in accordance with SAICO Strategy whilst ensuring compliance with local and International Regulations
• Manage the sales operations and customer support team and ensure set KPIs are achieved
• Ensure compliance with Laws and Regulations for customer enrollment and liaise with Underwriting and Operations whenever required
• Monitor Clients service levels and ensure adherence to TATs
• Provide support to SVP in CRM management
• Ensure quality & consistency across all brokers and clients activities and recommend process improvement when needed.
• Ensure Company core competencies, values, policies & procedures are implemented across the teams.
• Miscellaneous tasks within the scope of work, as assigned by the direct manager

Salary:
AED 180,000 to 216,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
