Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Lead the sales & business development team.
• Manage the 3 divisions in soft services facilities management.
• Generate new business withing KSA and maintain existing clients.
• Manage facilities management contracts.

Requirements

• Degree is preferred but not essential.
• Must have a proven track record in generating successful business in Saudi Arabia market.
• Strong background in managing facilities management contracts - pest control, cleaning services, and HVAC & MEP.
• Arabic speaking is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum 8-10 years' sales & business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
