Overview of the role:
Manage the support functions related to the AL business with other business supporting functions by tracking and resolution of all customer complaints and developing the processes and procedures of the front and back-office teams. In addition, implement and maintain efficient, compliant, customer-centric operations processes in support of the overall business plan and strategic vision of the organization. Monitor and report department initiatives and performance with internal stakeholders and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives and solutions according to the business requirements. Additionally, develop needed reports and performance dashboards in alignment between the Auto Lease team and internal stakeholders to support and carry out the implementation and delivery of plans, strategies, and campaign development supporting achieving goals and objectives.
What you will do:
- Develop and launch product programs in terms of policy, procedures, and process enhancements.
- Support the launching of new business initiatives and projects.
- Develop, recommend, and implement process enhancement initiatives.
- Create productivity policy processes and documentation for customer processes.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory and legal issues relative to the company's business nature.
- Assess the risks associated with potential new or changed product offerings, changes in organization, technology support, or operational processes.
- Evaluate and improve manual and automated risk controls as needed.
- Ensure the achievement of the set quality TAT and efficiency targets.
- Support the development of the overall organization processes.
- Provide reports on operational and process activities to management as required.
