Job description / Role

We are looking for Sales Professional who will be working for the Professional Products Divisionthrough our distributor in Riyadh, Jeddah.

- Motivate and manage customers within a given geographic area for a specific brand/product portfolio.
- Achieve the sales targets and qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Regional Sales Manager/headquarters.
- Control the sell-in and sell-out of customers under her responsibility, establish an action plan with her manager, using, in particular, sales panels and the CRM tool made available to her (decreasing turnover).
- Organise the routing programme, manage administrative data and information.- Help customers to develop their own business: sales, merchandising, technical assistance
- Maximise the In Salon Market Share (ISMS) by implementing all product categories and ensuring that a maximum number of different referrals are made with regard to the potential of the salon.
- Guarantee the brand image expressed at the point of sale.
- Sell events to decision makers within salons by showing them the potential.
- Conduct regular development interviews with customers to track the achievement of sales targets and identify possible development activities (training, consultancy and development interventions, further referrals, etc.).

Requirements

- At least 2 years experience in the sales
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Saudi Market Experience is a Must.
