Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Be responsible for all business development activities and sales in KSA. The objective will be to achieve and maximize profitability and growth (market share) in line with the company’s vision and values. The candidate will also need to establish and execute plans and strategies to expand existing customer base.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Business / International Trade / Marketing / Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in the IT industry.
- Proven success in prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle, proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with decision-makers.
- Extensive experiences in two-tier sales model (Distributors, VAD’s, SI’s, VAR’s, etc.).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Build client database and reflect any type of data accurately: client needs, competitor practices, other trends, market research etc.
- Seek to approach new clients, and convert inquiries from potential clients to sales that will reflect on sales growth and increase.                                
- Provide timely reliable Daily Sales Report to track weekly activities and progress.    
- Perform other related duties assigned by the company.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures & code of conducts.
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Identify and gain new business prospects to maximize growth within the existing and new customers.
- Build strong relation with customers.
- Provide timely feedback to PM and BDM regarding performance and market intelligence.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
- Analyze weekly sell-out and carry out necessary actions.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi Access Points, Switch Controllers, and IP Cam’s is a definite plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to work as a part of a global team of professionals.
