Sales Representative

Job description / Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for excellent customer service and will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in representing our brand and building lasting relationships with our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range and upcoming promotions.
- Assist customers during their shopping experience to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Report feedback and insights from customers to management for continual improvement.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
- A customer-oriented mindset with an ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Proficient in using point of sale systems and handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
