Position overview

As a sales representative at Elite Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. You will utilize your sales skills and in-depth knowledge of our product offerings to develop strong relationships with clients, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and generate leads.

Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that address client needs and highlight the advantages of our offerings.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead management and follow-up procedures.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts to evaluate performance and strategize improvements.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
