Job description / Role
We are a Saudi based company building brands in Saudi Arabia. We are accommodating and reward good team spirit and work ethic. You will be working on a mix of well-known FMCG products in the supermarket and pharmacy channels.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
• Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
• Determine methods to improve our performance such as the ideal stock weight, current order requirements, optimal placement and display of our product in outlets, prevention of returns due to expiry.
• Process and follow up on orders, to ensure they are delivered on time and merchandized correctly.
• General retail execution: stock shelves, arrange shelves and displays or build displays and perform resets, check for accurate shelf tags, rotate stock, apply POS where allowed, police pricing and promo execution and make a general improvement on each store visit.
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales and customer service levels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Achieve agreed upon visits, sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Obtain cash/cheques/transfers clients ensuring their payments are on schedule.
• Maintain an accurate database of customers; complete retail audits; and use the company’s daily sales reporting system
• Achieve agreed upon sales, collections, returns and other targets.
Requirements
Successful candidate must:
• Be honest
• Fluent Arabic. Good level of English.
• Be well groomed and presentable
• Have a valid passport
• Work well unsupervised and maintain strong motivation
• Have high energy levels and be flexible with hours of work
• College Graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar field
• Have a valid driver’s license
